    They're funny, kind, and humane. They can tell when something hurts even when you're trying to pretend it doesn't. Everyone I've dealt with has extraordinary bedside manner, they're efficient, they have gone out of their way to make sure I pay as little as possible out of pocket, and they're great at handling anxious patients.
